1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Lokio (lokio.io), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our service.

2. Description of Service

Lokio is an AI-powered Notion template generator that creates custom Notion workspace templates based on your descriptions. The service includes template generation, preview, and publishing to Notion via the Notion API.

3. User Accounts

You must create an account to use Lokio. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account and for all activities that occur under your account. You must provide accurate and complete information when creating your account.

4. Credits and Payments

Lokio operates on a credit-based system. New accounts receive 3 free credits. Additional credits can be purchased as one-time packs or monthly subscriptions.

Each credit allows you to generate one Notion template. Publishing templates to Notion is free and does not consume credits.

All payments are processed by Stripe. Prices are in USD. Credit packs are non-refundable once used. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and will remain active until the end of the billing period.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the service for any illegal purpose
• Generate content that is harmful, abusive, or violates third-party rights
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the service
• Use automated tools to access the service without permission
• Resell or redistribute generated templates as a competing template service
• Interfere with or disrupt the service or its infrastructure

6. Intellectual Property

Templates generated by Lokio are yours to use. You own the content of your generated templates and may use them freely in your Notion workspace.

The Lokio service, including its design, code, and branding, is the intellectual property of Lokio and is protected by applicable laws.

7. AI-Generated Content

Templates are generated by AI and may not always be perfect. We do not guarantee that generated templates will meet your exact requirements. You are responsible for reviewing and customizing templates before use.

8. Third-Party Services

Lokio integrates with Notion via the Notion API. Your use of Notion is subject to Notion's own terms of service. Lokio is not affiliated with or endorsed by Notion Labs, Inc.

9. Limitation of Liability

Lokio is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Lokio shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time for violation of these terms. You may delete your account at any time by contacting us.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
